$140Entry fee is $140 per team.
• Entrants must be a combined age of 95+ (as of 1/1/17) to play
• Draw size limited so sign-up early.
• Deadline for Entry is January 31st, 2017
• Entrants must be current APTA Members (or pay $20 limited member fee)
